I have been a Personal Trainer since 2008. I had been to the gym many times before, but never had results like I did with a trainer. It intrigued me & also made me feel like I finally made a major accomplishment, which I was not succeeding at on my own. (Hey, that is what professionals are for, right?). I also suffered from major stomach issues that no physician seemed to have an explanation for. I decided to look elsewhere for answers. I sought out professionals with a more holistic approach. That ended up helping me more than anything. It inspired me to look more into training & nutrition for a living. It also inspired me to do Martial Arts, which is something I have always wanted to do. So I have done Kung Fu & Taiji the last 7 years. That has helped me in so many other ways & I highly recommend martial arts for anyone & everyone. Bottom line, I wanted to help people feel the way I felt & overcome the things I never thought I could. After many years of Personal Training and studying nutrition I decided to take my business online so I could work from home and help people all over the world. This business, this company, the community, the workouts and supplements have all been part of an amazing and positive change in my life. A change I love to share with others.
